I recognized the importance of cleanliness and impeccable service early on in my career. Starting as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Broadview Assisted Living Tallahassee in 2004, I honed my skills in managing teams, maintaining high standards, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Over the years, I progressed through various managerial roles, including Assistant General Manager at Fairfield Inn Tallahassee North I-10, where I gained invaluable experience in overseeing hotel operations and fostering positive work cultures.  In 2018, I embarked on a new chapter in my life as I got married, leading to the rebranding and "restart" of the company to Cruse Professional Cleaning Services in 2021. My dedication to excellence led me to my most recent role as Housekeeping Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites I-10 Thomasville Road, where I supervise housekeeping staff, maintain high cleanliness standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.
