Do you offer different cleaning packages and costs?
Yes, we have a variety of package options! 



What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction is important to us! Please call us at 850-264-8439 and we will discuss how we can make it right!

What about cleaning supplies?

We provide all supplies and equipment needed to complete your cleaning. If you prefer we use your product, please leave the product on your kitchen counter and communicate with us about your preferences. Products must be store-bought. We do not offer a discount to use customer-provided supplies.

What do I need to do before you come to my home?

We ask that you minimize clutter as best you can prior to your cleaning. You get more value out of your clean if we can access more surfaces.

Can my pet stay home during the clean?

Totally up to you! However, if you choose to keep them home, we ask that you find a good spot for your pets so they’re safe and secure while we clean. As much as we love pets (especially the lap dogs), please pick up any animal feces prior to your cleaning.

What if I need to reschedule?

Some things are simply just out of your control. No worries! Please let us know as soon as you can or three business days prior to your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to work with you into another day/time. 

Do I have to be home when you come clean?

No! Majority of our customers are not at home while we clean. You can leave a spare key for us or provide a garage or door code.

Do your Professional House Cleaners accept tips?

Yes we do. While certainly appreciated, it is never expected!

What if someone gets hurt in my home?

We are licensed and insured. Any injuries obtained while on the job will be covered by the claim.
